Step 1 - Quote & Template

Every boat has unique dimensions, making precise measurements essential for providing an accurate quote.

We will visit you to take digital measurements of your boat, which we will then input into a CAD program. This software converts the measurements into a 3D representation of the deck surfaces.

With this technology, we can accurately define various regions of the deck, such as the boundaries of non-skid areas. The result is a detailed 2D drawing that includes all deck areas in a cohesive CAD file. Once the CAD file is finalized, we can create a design tailored to your specifications.

Our MarineMat color pallet includes and industry leading 34 Colors to chose from, many routing patterns, textures and laser engraving as well. We can even put a logo or your boat name into the flooring.

Our PERMATEEK line we offer a selection of 15 attractive boat flooring color options which can be ordered with either white, silver or black caulking lines, giving you even more choice over the look of your new boat flooring.

Your boat will get a custom fit, custom design. We do not, and will not, use or install kits. All designs will be presented to you for final approval before we begin fabrication.

After selecting your design, the creation process will begin to build your unique deck! Cape Cod Marine Decking is the only local decking provider that can manufacture EVA Foam decking on-site using our advanced CNC machine. This capability allows us to complete decking installations in just days rather than weeks. In contrast, the Permateek fabrication process is more complex, and turnaround times typically range from 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the time of year.

Your custom-made decking will be installed by our certified factory installers in just one day. The installation includes a 3-Year Factory Warranty on the MarineMat and a 5-Year Warranty on PERMATEEK.
